What substance is God/Allah made from?

If a divine being with intelligence created the universe, that means it would have to be something other than nothing. (Stating the obvious here)

With this in mind, what would God be made of? Christians and Muslims tend to give varying answers on where God/Allah actually is in relation to us and the rest of the universe. The three most common claims I've seen are "god is in another dimension", "god is actually in all of us" and "stop talking to me".

But wherever god's location, what substance would he have been made from? Would he be made from baryons, like most known matter in the universe? Would he be composed of exotic matter? or Dark Matter? How would he have functionally created the Big Bang? If God/Allah is intelligent (from what the Christians and Muslims tell us, omniscient), then surely he would possess something akin to a nervous system like animal life, or a computer. What kind of known matter outside electrons and baryons can sustain such a system? Why would he exist this way?

Which leads to another question.

Where did God come from?

If god/allah is made of some substance, where did that substance come from? How and why was god/allah omniscient? Are there other gods that came before Allah? Was Allah born? Does that presuppose some sort of celestial reproductive system? Is Allah simply eternal and, if so, why is Allah's eternity believed at face value, but the idea of an eternal set of universes unreasonable to muslims and christians? (google "Big Bounce".

Even the greatest Scientists know and admit that science can't explain everything. And that's where religion and God come in.

A finite mind cannot understand the ways of an infinite being.
If you ask about his material make up, then you are getting everything wrong.

1. He is the Beginning and the End
2. He is all knowing
3. He is all powerful.
4. He can go into, through and out of form. He is not limited by anything.
5. He created all things.
Therefore His material composition would have predated Him which would have refuted the number 6 attribute of Him stated above.

Can you truly call him a creator if he was created?

Every god takes the shape and the substance of the mind that projected it.
They are designed to fit into stories to be built around them. god of each religion has different approach to humanity and I believe the god of the cattle will have horn ...to some he impregnated a woman, to some he is a celibate, to some he has body guards, to some he smokes (burnt offerings)... different nonsense with seriousness
It is absurd for a finite mind trying to contain or describe the infinite (reason for all nonsense that litters everywhere), such doesn't befit the creator of the universe.

God is existence itself, nature itself, no gender, every creation to the grossest matter reflect God
No one (Theist or Atheist) can prove or disprove the existence of a creator (whatever name you like).
Any attempt to compress the creator into pages of books, or assign to (him/her/it) human attributes is a sign of hijacked brain

We are all naturally equipped with the manual to experience the bliss of existence, but religions hijacked our innocence and got the manual corrupted. God (life of the universe) can only be experienced, no one can describe or explain... all description is false and illusory.
