Does anybody know how i can stop these ads? Any time am using Facebook or Opera Mini, they'll start popping up. It's becoming frustrating. I started noticing it this January.

If you see ads when surfing the web via any browser that's the website u are surfing allowed ads not the phone problem

Thanks 4 ur response, but it happens in every site even Nairaland, and also on FB.

Use your Opera mini ads blocker or check if u installed any Ads contained App or launcher

You might have some adware installed on your PC.

Do a factory reset and your phone will restore to its factory configuration. Thus you will get rid of the the adware and any extra stuff installed on it.

Install Lucky Patcher and disable google Ads activities on all apps with ads.

hope is not mocking test virus... Just download stubborn Trojan remover to scan your phone.. it will detect that useless app.. and delete it....

you cant on opera.

stop using opera. opera started pushing adsense mid last year. find another browser.

Look at the screenshots below.

1. Open lucky patcher, select app with Ads you want to stop. Then hold the app till you see a screenshot 2.

2. Select "Remove Google Ads"


3. When screenshot 3 pops out, select Disable Ads Activity.

4. Look at the "yellow links" or whatever it is called on screenshot 4, just touch all the YELLOW ones and it turns Red. Launch the app and be free of Ads

I have been using this method for years now on all my apps especially Mobdro.

You have installed one stubborn app on your Hot4. The best method is to look for any strange app on your list and uninstall it immediately... Don't format the phone because if you do the apps will still come back in few days just look for it and remove or force it to stop... this is pure case of malware. It has happened to my tablet before.

I've force stopped and frozen all the new apps i installed, yet it persists. Maybe by tomorrow i will backup and factory reset.
