The way you were even acting both on whatsapp & here shows you are far from it. You 'might' be legit like some monikers are saying but you are far from 100% legit and should never be trusted cuz I see no reason why you shouldn't refund that guy's 1000 naira.

Even if that guy came late or not, a simple & friendly explanation that your god-knows-how data is finished thereby transfering back his money would prove much more that you can be trusted any day any time.
