Flexibility. When a leader discovers that his/her laid down ideas initially drawn will prove detrimental, he should be open to new ideas. A leader shouldn't be to rigid. However, this doesnt mean he should he easily swayed bit should be able to stand his grounds sometimes. This should be done after weighing the pros and cons of what's on ground

I would say Sacrifice, Ability to become a role model which is linked to qualities like Integrity, taking a stance for truth and justice and also he/she must possess good management skills.
