Yeah, the Quran state that clearly in several verses and the Prophet also ensure that, for instance, after the conquest of mecca, he welcomed those that want to join and tolerate those that preferred not. He also lived peacefully with the Christians and Jews of Medina, according them their rights.
Lastly, please read the Prophet message to all Christians... I hope it change your perception and increases your faith...

"This is a message from Muhammad ibn Abdullah, as a covenant to those who adopt Christianity, near and far, we are with them. Verily I, the servants, the helpers, and my followers defend them, because Christians are my citizens; and by Allah! I hold out against anything that displeases them.

No compulsion is to be on them. Neither are their judges to be removed from their jobs nor their monks from their monasteries.

No one is to destroy a house of their religion, to damage it, or to carry anything from it to the Muslims’ houses. Should anyone take any of these, he would spoil God’s covenant and disobey His Prophet. Verily, they are my allies and have my secure charter against all that they hate.

No one is to force them to travel or to oblige them to fight. The Muslims are to fight for them. If a female Christian is married to a Muslim, it is not to take place without her approval. She is not to be prevented from visiting her church to pray.

Their churches are to be respected. They are neither to be prevented from repairing them nor the sacredness of their covenants. No one of the nation (Muslims) is to disobey the covenant till the Last Day (end of the world).”

Islam started out as a peaceful religion, but later it became violent. Verses written in the earlier, peaceful period contradict those written in the later, more violent period. Sadly, Islamic scholars resolve the contradictions by going with the later revelations, which are more violent.

Explain these 10 Quran quotes please:
(1) “Fight against those who do not obey Allah and or not believe in Allah or the Last Day and do not forbid what has been forbidden by Allah and His messenger even if they are of the People of the Book until they pay the Jizya with willing submission and feel themselves subdued.” 9:29

(2) “When the sacred months have passed, then kill the Mushrikin wherever you find them. Capture them. Besiege them. Lie in wait for them in each and every ambush but if they repent, and perform the prayers, and give zacat then leave their way free.” 9:5

(3) “They ask you about fighting during the sacred months. Tell them, fighting therein is a great sin but a greater sin is to prevent mankind from following the way of Allah, to disbelieve in him.” 2:217

(4) “Kill them wherever you find them and drive them out from where they drove you out. Persecution is worse than slaughter.” 2:191

(5) “When you meet the unbelievers, smite their necks.” 47:4

(6) “When your Lord revealed to the angels, ‘Truly I am with you. So, keep firm those who have believed. I will strike terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved. So, strike them at the necks and cut off their fingers.’” 8:12

(7) “Men are the protectors and maintainers of women because Allah has made one superior to the other and because they spend to support them from their means. Therefore, righteous women are obedient and they guard in the husband’s absence what Allah orders them to guard. And, as to those women from whom you fear disobedience, give them a warning, send them to separate beds, and beat them.” 4:34

(cool “Oh you who believe, fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you and let them find harshness in you.” 9:123

(9) “Muhammad is the apostle of Allah. Those who follow Him are merciful to one another but harsh to the disbeliever.” 48:29

(10) “They wish that you would reject faith as they have rejected faith unless that you would all be equal. So, don’t take protectors from them unless they emigrate in the way of Allah but if they turn back, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them.” 4:89

QURAN 9:123~ "O YOU WHO BELIEVE(MUSLIMS)! FIGHT THOSE OF THE DISBELIEVERS WHO ARE CLOSE TO YOU AND LET THEM FIND HARSHNESS IN YOU AND KNOW THAT ALLAH IS WITH THOSE WHO ARE THE AL-MUTTAQUN".

I have been reading up on your past posts just to get into your psyche
Get this, quran is the beginning, the present and the future.. Do not comment on what you don't understand seun.
We have no contradictions in the quran, quran has never even for once being revised like Bible. It is from the heavens.. Ask your self how a book can still lexis with out revised edition? Not even when it us under attack for certain verses that are misinterpreted.. It's Because it's straight from heaven and Allah protects it
It's the only genuine thing we have in this world nothing else matters next to the quran..
If you wish to understand quran do not read one line read the lines before and after

Lastly, mind your utterances seun. Do not incur wrath of Allah upon you whether or not you at atheist, is your personal conviction.. He created you and deal with you. Be careful

Seun is lost he is hurt over a personal issue that made him lose faith in God
This is a sign of very weak Iman either this or he is doing this on purpose so as not to be seen as being partial towards Muslims since he is a Muslim. He needs t one seen as neutral or he has sworn allegiance to some terrestrial forces for the name he has made today

It is useless to say someone is wrong when you cannot give evidence or proofs of his wrongs.

There is so many written evidences that show clearly that Islam is nothing but violence.

Seun truly summarised the stages of development of Islam. There are Quran and hadith evidences to proof this .

..........getting late on you, death shall take away the Vail and and you will come to know with certainty.

The comment above should be for you and other Muslims.

Volume 1, Book 12, Number 770:

Narrated Abu Huraira:

The people said, "O Allah's Apostle! Shall we see our Lord on the Day of Resurrection?" He replied, "Do you have any doubt in seeing the full moon on a clear (not cloudy) night?" They replied, "No, O Allah's Apostle!" He said, "Do you have any doubt in seeing the sun when there are no clouds?" They replied in the negative. He said, "You will see Allah (your Lord) in the same way. On the Day of Resurrection, people will be gathered and He will order the people to follow what they used to worship. So some of them will follow the sun, some will follow the moon, and some will follow other deities; and only this nation (Muslims) will be left with its hypocrites. Allah will come to them and say, 'I am Your Lord.' They will say, 'We shall stay in this place till our Lord comes to us and when our Lord will come, we will recognize Him. Then Allah will come to them again and say, 'I am your Lord.' They will say, 'You are our Lord.' Allah will call them, and As-Sirat (a bridge) will be laid across Hell and I (Muhammad) shall be the first amongst the Apostles to cross it with my followers. Nobody except the Apostles will then be able to speak and they will be saying then, 'O Allah! Save us. O Allah Save us.'

There will be hooks like the thorns of Sa'dan in Hell. Have you seen the thorns of Sa'dan?" The people said, "Yes." He said, "These hooks will be like the thorns of Sa'dan but nobody except Allah knows their greatness in size and these will entangle the people according to their deeds; some of them will fall and stay in Hell forever; others will receive punishment (torn into small pieces) and will get out of Hell, till when Allah intends mercy on whomever He likes amongst the people of Hell, He will order the angels to take out of Hell those who worshipped none but Him alone. The angels will take them out by recognizing them from the traces of prostrations, for Allah has forbidden the (Hell) fire to eat away those traces. So they will come out of the Fire, it will eat away from the whole of the human body except the marks of the prostrations. At that time they will come out of the Fire as mere skeletons. The Water of Life will be poured on ......

That is the judgement of Allah for all Muslims.
