You can't be so sure. The man might be in trouble.

What's more:

1) What the headmaster did is frowned upon by the society

2) The youths are already angry

3) This is AFRICA (I hope you know what that means?)

Given the above, and coupling it with the fact that there's no definitive idea of who a minor is (in Ghana), the loophole created by that complexity can be exploited by moralists to punish the man.
