I'm sorry to say you have been wrongly informed: I-Note 3 doesn't go for less than 40k+ (even 2nd hand is still about 35k on site like Jiji and the rest)

I would have made recommendations but I personally prefer shipped from overseas phone on Jumia than what is been sold locally, surfing their site should give you an hint why.

To answer initial qstn, it goes against every fiber in my body to say that what you can get with that cash is itel but since you are a female you may not have any qualms with their device.

Itel P51, Itel s32, Itel s11 are what I suggest but of course you can get Tecno WX3 pro and it's like. I am not an agent for any company, especially not itel, just helping out.
