The attention of the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) has been drawn to the activities of some fraudulent persons posing as agents of DPR by offering purported DPR recruitment forms for 2018-2019 with guidelines on how to fill and submit same to members of the public on some social media platforms.

We wish to inform members of the public that DPR has never appointed any person or agents to act as intermediary in our recruitment exercises now or in the past.

Therefore we hereby state categorically that the purported recruitment form as bandied in those social media platforms is fake and not from DPR as being presented by the fraudsters.

We advice members of the public especially the social media community to shun such post and reiterate that in line with our core values of transparency and integrity, all information relating to our activities including recruitment can be accessed on our website: www.dpr.gov.ng or our social media handles: twitter.comdprhotline, facebook.comdprhotline.
