I got a text message stating this

" The Oregon State University Scholarship Event holds at Four Points By Sheraton, Oniru, V.I, Lagos
Thursday 22 Feb 2018, 2:00 - 5:00pm"

I can't remember Applying for this scholarship, how do I confirm it legitimacy. Pls if you have any information concerning this text , pls share.
