I have been experiencing stomach upsets My diet have consisted of Egusi soup nd garri Beans nd spag Rice Though I try to eat frequently I have shrinked noticeably well Facially too, kinda dull nd weak Any way to go about getting back to top health nd look healthy nd fresh again Nutitionist dem abeg oo Help me panel beat diet commot for me Something I can afford o as a student |
