have you tried changing the apn to 'ntel'?

if your device is a double sim, is the sim in sim 1?

i tried both in sim 2 and 1..

My airtel never shows LTE, only 4G+. I downloaded the 4G switcher app from play store and changed it to LTE only but it is still showing 4G

Even though its unlocked and you're using it here, it will only receive update when the update for AT&T S10 is released in the US...so first check if the android 10 has been pushed for the S10 in the US

Even though its unlocked and you're using it here, it will only receive update when the update for AT&T S10 is released in the US...so first check if the android 10 has been pushed for the S10 in the US

Well I called their customer care line and i got added to some 4G package and it seems stable now.

I just got a new S9+ and I found out that it is rooted it, as a result of this, device doesn't receive OTA updates and still stuck on android 9, Netflix and streaming apps do not work... Now I'm trying to unroot it and install stock firmware for android 10

The problem now is under settings my model number is SM-G960F and I've already downloaded the firmware, but while flashing I always get Secure check fail: bootloader

And I noticed that the model number in download mode is SM-G960N... All the firmware for this model is for Korean Region only, and I just read that flashing another region's firmware can cause issues

Please I need help!!!, am I getting the error 'cause I'm using a wrong firmware
