Prof said Igbos are lazy thinkers and we all know why he said that, he said that because a certain group have actually hijacked the Igbo's voice and that is why most non-Igbos all see Igbos through the view of the terrorist group.

There's no level playing ground already as we can see. It took an Igbo man GEJ to be president before an Igbo was chosen as minister for aviation who in turn gave SE her first international airport since independence. Same with ministry of power, chief of army staff, etc
There's no level playing ground if leadership in a country like Nigeria is reserved for certain people.

Since we are running a quota system, then everyone should get their own quota of leadership.
