It is sad today that many ministers of God have allowed themselves to be used to frustrate the original purpose of God for humanity. There is hardly a week where there are no reports of pastors or so-called clergymen or women being ‎caught in evil acts like fraud or money ritual.
Compared to the 70s and 80s the rate at which the so-called men of God perpetrate crime is alarming. Or could it be they are all fake pastors? That is not genuinely called by God, but just trying to find a means to survive? But there are instances where genuinely called ministers of God who started very well, but later lost it along the way.
A good example is the Biblical Samson, King Solomon, among others. In this age there have been proven reports of a popular pastor in Alimosho Local Government of Lagos, who started well, but died untimely. His funeral was openly carried out by the Ogboni Fraternity group ( a cult). There are many instances whose names will not be mentioned. The trend is growing across the world and it is a huge dent on the Christian body.
