All nations outside Isreal are referred to as Gentiles.it was because Israel rejected Jesus Christ that we are saved today.i am not saying that Jesus died for the jews only,but am saying that the Gospel of salvation and the savior Jesus Christ was what the Jews rejected and we gentiles are now enjoying that priviledge and grace!
Gentiles are wild olive trees grafted into the tree of Israel.Gentiles were not given the promises, the covenant and oracles of God originaly,but because Israel wanted a version of their messiah ie political & economical than Gods divine plan ,it is why the rejected Jesus christ via Unbelief-romans 11:29-32.you as a gentile originally did not have the right to be Gods people,but cos of your belief in christ,u have now become one in christ.But God is warning you "DO not Boast! because you are saved.if you think u are something before men,behave like nothing before God!
Jews are envious that what was originally theirs was given freely to the GENTILES.GOD IS NO RESPECTER OF PERSONS-
