joe10:Sorry bro, please don't send cic message about any change especially when it's Kenya that is handling your application, you are the major applicant not your wife, so why are you telling them? when you already fill that you don't have a child on the form. 1 Like |

joe10:joe10, I am very sorry to hear your application got refused the second time after sending a CSE to Nairobi Visa office. From my point of view, I don't feel that it's because you reported important changes regarding your application that led to your refusal as it was clearly noted on CIC webpage that applicant must notify them if their circumstances changes like births, deaths, marriages, adoptions, address etc.. Therefore, your wife recent pregnancy state shouldn't be a reason to your immediate refusal after a CSE was sent, its more likely that your application have been due for a decision to be made before your CSE came into their desk. Moreover, paper route applications as we all know doesn't take long for an applicant to be refused. I'll advise you order for your CAIPS file so as to get a clearer picture of your visa refusal prior to reapplying for your next visa. A quick one, did you get the response from them today being Saturday or yesterday? It shall end in praises in your next application! |

joe10: Let's not dwell by our assumptions. You need to order your gcms note quickly. I strongly don't feel your wife pregnancy state will be a key factor to your visa refusal. In your refused application, did you in anyway state that she was pregnant? and it appears that you're self sponsored, is your wife also accompanying you to Canada? Give answers to this. |

Aallizzwellwole: You mustn't have someone in Canada before you can be eligible to request for your CAIPS file. Unfortunately, it is a mandatory rule by the moderator of this thread that no individual is permitted to share third party gcms websites. Hence, you can do yourself a great favour by checking out the reviews of other gcms websites outside this thread to order for your gcms note. It will end in praises in your next application. |

DeChefAbuja:What year did you finish your masters? How many years working experience do you have now? What course do you intend to study now? Concerning your children, people have been applying with their children and they get approval but I will advise you apply alone then once you get your TRV then you apply for your children (you can even do it while still in Nigeria). Answer the questions I asked above for further advise |

Hi guys, my sister got an acceptance letter for fall 2019 at Durham College, one of the conditions for acceptance stated on the letter is a partial fee payment of $9763.64 must be received by the college by June 15, 2019 to secure her seat. She's gonna apply to CIC next month, since the expiry is still 8 months away is it compulsory she pay the money before application? will it in anyway affect her application? Jnyuwa02 frankrobbn1 |

muizzzz: What amount did you have as balance in your account and what is the total cost of your proposed study? Are you self sponsored? I see limited funds as the main concern here. Gurus in the house can shed more light. |
