Two Southwesterners are already showing interest in the presidential race for 2019 general election , one way or the other they are gaining momentum and followers nationwide wide, although they stand a slim chance against President Muhammadu Buhari, but by 2023 Presidential election, they ll have a better chance to compete with any candidate from any part of the country, no candidate had shown interest especially from the Southeast nor SouthSouth , the fact that APC and PDP had zone their presidency to the region in 2023 does not mean, it ll be an automatic ticket to victory, Politics is not business as usual , u ve to spend and expect nothing in return sometimes, if the Igbo are not careful their hope of producing President in the nearest future might be jeopardize, coz a ticket of Fela Durotoye or Omoyele sowore with a reputable running mate from North ll be a team to beat comes in 2023 Presidential election, our Igbo brothers needs to come out and sensitive the Nigerian population that they have what it takes to run for an election, not only for 2019, but for the nearest future, may the almighty spare our lives till then.

For me as an Igbo man, I am not crazy about an Igbo man being the president of Nieria. What we need is a president who possesses good leadership qualities. A president who will create a very friendly business environment, a man who will provide us with the basic amenities. As for our progress, we are good hustlers and with all the right things put in place, we can always progress.

It is not in our nature to beg for money or food, idleness is not part of us so whether we produce president or not we will continue to prosper by God's grace. It is in our blood to succeed in life. We dont rely on politicians to be dashing us money everyday or be giving us free food everyday as we see in some other parts of the country. Durotoye is a good material for presidency. Donald Duke is good too. Soludo is also a good one. I can vote any of them comfortably.

Im really surprised at these "The Presidency of Nigeria is everything" purveyors.

Since 1999, we have had:

Olusegun Obasunjo - Yoruba

Umaru Yaradua - Hausa

Goodluck Jonathan - Ijaw

Muhammadu Buhari- Fulani

Can anyone tell us the benefit of Yoruba, Hausa, Ijaw, Fulani Presidency?

Has Nigeria progressed?
Has the cost of living got betterl or got worse?
Is Nigeria an exemplary nation?
Is there any unity of purpose in Nigeria besides Oil?

If Nigeria is riddled with corruption, insecurity, discontent, unemployment, porverty etc

Of what use is the Presidency of Nigeria to anyone? If things are getting worse in the country and those who have held the Presidency dont have much to show for it.

How will this office help Igbos? I think Igbos should aspire to something more important than the Presidency of any country

Igbos should aspire for their freedom, only then can they shape their destiny

But Dem say one Nigeria. How come all this Yoruba president hausa president ijaw president Fulani president Igbo president?

We need a Nigerian president...

Unless, otherwise.. we've been lying to ourselves about one Nigeria.. and have to stop. Nigeria will be underdeveloped for many decades if we should continue like this..

Why can't we go our separate ways and have our own presidents of our own..develop and make our laws..

' Nigeria" president no help any body...except the human behind power and dia colonies.

With all years of hausafulani leadership.. poverty and illiteracy still dey ground dey torment ..Boko don join the matter..

Obasanjo osibanjo government... What has it done special for the humans in ogun ekiti osun Oyo..
Corporate beggars everywhere.. men using scope to use people to feed.. rituals on the rise..
Economy generally is bad.. insecurities..

Has Gej presidency turn south south to eldorado? Or igbos gotten dia Biafra?
Was special happened.. nothing.
Nigeria bridge na still dreams.. marginalization don stop?
Abi all dey roads don turn international standard..

Nigerians should wake up to restructuring or referendum..we need to move ahead as a country or we disintegrate as friends..

If an average Nigeria n wey dey hustle right put same energy in south Africa here..

Let's stop living in denial and face this bitter truth once ..
No human from a Nigerian tribe will develop this country..
They will only loot give stories recommission 25years project and disappoint majority except for minority asslickers and sycophants.

Restructure or referendum...
Bleep this fraud called presidency and government in Nigeria.

How well have fulanis woken up from sleeping inside the bush and dying of polio even after ruling for donkey years and swallowing money with their rotten brown tooth?

How well have yorubas woken up from hunting human heads in their brown roof region after one of them (out of millions of them) ruled for 8 years?

Oya answer me.. grin
