Good to see people successfully challenge injustice at the courts.
Great for improving our law and order environment.

Caustics:
angry adenuga will sack some other people to compensate for the loss.

Starting with the lawyer that could not win the simple case

Actually, it's external lawyers who represent companies in Court. Mind you, win or lose, they'll be paid their legal fees IN FULL.

If Adenuga makes the mistake of not paying the lawyers, the lawyers would drag him to court, collect their fees and accumulated interest too.

Shithole globacom with fraudulent Adenuga. So painful that most Nigerians are always cheated.Do not try rubbish with fellow africans cos they know their right.Thnks to the industrial court for their action.Only in Nigeria u will hear of companies including MultiNational operating fraudulently, bypassing laid down rules and regulation because they believe that government officals and Lawyers will compromise.

Nigerians are not even given Globacom employment letters. So it becomes so hard to file lawsuits against the entity Globacom.

Globacom cunningly employs all its Nigerian staff through different phony companies. They all have employment letters with different company names, not Globacom.

Only foreigners are employed and issued with Globacom employment letters.

Funny enough as I heard from friends in the system, all the employment stages are carried out by Globacom at their offices. But at the point of being issued with letters, successful candidates are left dumbfounded after being issued with employment letters bearing a different company name.

At last, an idea of the salary there.
you are on a long roller coaster .. $ 70,000 for a technician. Even the real telecom qualified engineers are not paid half of that.

There are things going on in this country as regards expatriate employment you would not want to phatom the understanding of employment terms. If you feel GLO would employ you as Nigerian technician and pay you $50,000 annually, you are just dreaming in ghost mode.

We will appeal the judgment angry angry tongue
To appeal the judgement, the defendant has to 1st pay the agreed amount to the appeal court. If the Appeal court eventually upholds that judgement from NICN, then automatically the appeal court will pay the claimant

As per the above, legally they were not even employed by Glo.
