Make them managing directors of all the ministries plus departments and agencies except the very sensitive ones like defence,finance et al,them make one of ours the asst md to understudy them.

I used to say this when i was schooling in nigeria in the late 80s nigeria should never had got her independence. Our colonial masters should've made us sweat to prove that we are capable of governing ourselves before giving us our independence.
