There you are crying over your heads of cattles that are captured and ransom being demanded for their release, While you go to massacre a community without remorse.

These are obviously the delinquent brash that are perpetuating all the havoc in the name of herdsmen.
In a sane milieu, they ought to have been arrested.
But in zombie nation, everything goes.

Anti-grazing is a violation of the herdsmen's rights.

Nobody owns the land in Nigeria.
We were all born into it.

Live and let live, egbe belu, Ugo e belu.
If lizards can move about freely why should cows be restricted.

True. Land use Act was passed to confiscate Igbo's property in different parts of Nigeria after the war.
That law is still functional and the chicks are now home to roost. Nobody owns any land in Nigeria, all lands belong to the federal government.

The herdsmen are simply following the law as stipulated which is what Nigerians agreed upon.

Karma is a bitch! They want justice and justice they will get.
A very good morning to the people of Benue

Which tribe empowered the North to federal power in 1960 and 1979?

Which tribe tried to empower the North to power in 1993 instead of voting for a Southerner presidential candidate of SDP?

In this modern day and age herdsmen cannot be allowed to continue to graze freely in the open without some form of restriction, that is why some of us support the proposed cattle colonies that are being built in some of the states who've accepted the proposal. Anything short of this will only ensure the problem does not go away

Cattle colonies? What is this one saying?

So they can seize the lands by conquest Abi?

Conquest? We are talking about land legitimately granted to the FG by the respective states and you are here talking about conquest. Grow up dude

so these bloody killers, know the meaning of justice, yet they go about killing innocent people, even kids & pregnant women. you can't be playing the victim card now, because some thing is definitely wrong with a group, that more than 80% of the population 're complaining of their destructive nature. you better wise-up and learn how to live in peace with your neighbours, as your destructive nature 'll never benefit you in the near future.

Why do you want State governments to grant the Federal government land for cattle colonies (rearing) which is entirely private business?

Would they also grant land for motor parts traders and chemist owners in sokoto and Kano?

For the first part enbolded I categorically say yes because herdsmen-farmer clashes are a serious threat to national security that needs urgent attention. As for the second part, government already builds motor parks and shops for traders all over the country where they pay rent. The Fulani too will pay rent too for the use of the colonies

These bastards, are you from Benue that you want to be claiming free land from the aborigines? Do Benue indigenes claim anything in Sokoto?
Please don't share your land/space with these foreign criminals regardless of what their leader (Buhari) says.
What is this country coming to?

It then means that the Fulani herdsmen are holding the Federal government at ransome. Since it's a national security issue, the national security council should make recommendations to lawmakers. The house would then decide whether to pass a law in that respect or not. If creating cattle colonies in all 36 states becomes the law of the land, then it can be followed through or enforced.

But for Fulani herdsmen to unilaterally demand, intimidate, kill and twist hands just to have their way is unacceptable.

Secondly, do you mind sharing the name of the states where the Federal government had collected lands from state government to build shops for traders?

They want to intimidate the court to give judgment in their favour or what? I do not see any difference in reasoning between these people and their cows - both can get wild at the slightest provocation or attack without provocation..
