Did the report consider that Boko Haram is threatening people living around there more than the shrinking lake.

Anyway, the more blood you spill on the land, the less water you will have...you have to make a choice between blood and water.

there is nothing no one can do ...even the ice bergs in the article are melting instead of icing ..... lake chad will be no more 15-20 years from now hence desertification

Lake Chad’s shrinkage has increased in recent decades probably due to population growth in the adjacent countries. Nowadays, more than 30 million people surrounding at least partially depend on the lake for potable and irrigable water.

Why linking the matter to religion? Common sense should tell you that the ecosystem is heated due to global warming. So please always make research, I like religion but dont make a fool out of it.
