May 05, 2010. MediaTakeOut.com just received the FIRST PICS of the dude who got his face transplanted. He's from Spain and his name is Raphael. He suffered a congenital birth defect which caused tumors to grow on his face. The top half of his face is his and the bottom half was transplanted from a man who got shot in the head.
