Nothing was commissioned. The Lagos State Government simply took President Buhari on a tour of the project. It wasn't even a case of phase 1 or phase 2, it was just a tour of the project (the same way Obasanjo toured the project when he visited Lagos in 2003).

I made a statement of fact. You quoted me and claimed that Buhari installed the plaque. I asked you if Buhari was the one that installed the plaque. You couldn't defend your claim, instead you ran away and made another claim. You claimed that Buhari instructed Ambode to erect the plaque. I asked you to prove your claim. Again you couldn't prove your claim and instead you made another crazy claim that I'm defending mediocrity. If you are asked to show where I defended anything, you'll end up running away again. You are very funny.

I'm not interested in your APC vs PDP rubbish, but when you quote me and make a claim, then you should be able to prove it! Anybody that has attended school knows that you should question claims that are presented to you and that the person making the claim should be able to back it up with facts and evidence, not gossip (I don't know what school you attended).

Kids of nowadays just type any nonsense that comes to their head without being able to prove it. That's what beer parlour gossip mongers do.

Obviously whoever was handling Ambode's Twitter account made a mistake, because all the official Lagos State accounts, the commissioner of information (during his press briefing), the Presidency's accounts and the reports on the NTA and LTV (both before and after the visit) state that he had an inspection tour. Nothing was commissioned.
