SE don't totally belong to PDP. Remember Rochas, the man have been winning elections there and with the incumbent in his party, he might win imo or run PDP close. In Anambra I laugh those that analyse nonsense, APGA don't like PDP. Willie is not the friend of PDP, there will be massive money sharing just like what happened in the guber elections. PDP might win but it will not be with more than 100k votes. Abia and Enugu will now completely to PDP. While Ebonyi will still be PEP, they don't have the numbers though.

Depends on who the contender in PDP is. Should it be RMK or Lamido then:
NW - 65% APC 35% PDP (bandits reign supreme in some parts causing loss of faith in APC)
NE - 65% APC 35% PDP (Bauchi, Borno and Yobe being the strongest APC bases)
NC 35% APC 65% PDP (Only Niger State is sure, Kwara goes where Saraki goes)
SW 50%-50%
SE 15% APC 85% PDP (this may do little to counter APC dominance in the North if there is voter apathy)

1. Northerners vote more than southerners
2. PDP cannot get 55% in the SW. Presently, PDP exists only in Ekiti State in the whole of SW, others are already in disarray. SW has 5 APC Governors and only one PDP, the present PDP excluded the whole of the SW and Wike told them to go blazes, I can go on.
3. PDP cannot defeat Buhari in the NC. At present, APC had all the 6 governors in that zone. Buhari will win any day in Kogi, Nasarawa and Niger and have good outing in Plateau, Benue and Kwara if Saraki decamps.
