My 7 year old son just asked why most of our household appliances are "made in China"? He further asked why only the plastic plates are made in Nigeria? I explained that China has constant electricity which aids manufacturing and also have people with the relevant skills. He is not satisfied with my answers. How do i explain in very simple terms? |

Just that China is far more sophisticated and industrialized than Nigeria so they produced many products which are imported by countries all over the world not only Nigeria. You can demonstrate with a laptop, mind's Samsung, made in US, parts made and assembled in China. Even US imports. |
