The law empowers the EFCC to investigate, prosecute and employ all such efforts at her discretion to combat economic and financial crimes ... (which may not be limited to publishing cases and individuals directly or indirectly involved in economic and financial crimes). Now. pray, what law so authorises Lai's actions in announcing names of ''corrupt'' persons? Are you suprised his action was greeted by threats of litigation from concerned 'indictees'? - a case that never occured when the EFCC rightfuly did back then.
