My people this is a problem that we all have a share of the blame. When we say some people are in one house and in 85 days they will collect 45million , is it the government that is putting up the 45m? Is the money not from the private sector. Are you and I not part of the private sector? If the payports and the minimi chinchin decided to spend their money on bbn, there's nothing stopping one or two small businesses to decide to give the best overall graduating in their local area 100k. Even in the Yankee wey we dey talk sef, alot of the grants the universities get are from the private sector. So until we start holding each other responsible for the future of the next generation, we go just dey here dey talk "there was a country". The generations before us has failed us, let's not fail the ones after us.
