That's exactly why I said he should speak for himself. I'm sure many can testify that they haven't cheated before. I certainly haven't before. So his claim is false.

You're obviously not informed. Go look up the definition of both words and see the difference. If you're yet to figure out that merely side talking in an exam hall is an example of exam misconduct and not mal practice then you still have a long way ahead of you.
