What some of these guys have working for them is the fund, they should work on evolving strategies that will work for their business based on their environment and stop mimicking others.

that's best for them as that's what would likely make them remain in business. beating konga and jumia would be an uphill task and they may not likely be able to sustain growth and competition.
but merging and acquisition has been the recent plight of these online retailers. its obvious that all isn't that rossy after all.

Konga and Yudala are both struggling since last year, two cripples merging together to muster a run, time will tell whether this merger will be fruitful.

Stop disgracing yourself and advertising your ignorance online.

Those are brogues. The prices of those 3 pairs of shoes would conveniently pay your way through a federal university.

Not bad at all I must say..Great move, now let's see how rugged Nigerian market forces and demons respond to this..With my experience with the Nigerian market I can only say it's one of the most unpredictable markets out there and no amount of planning or strategy can prepare you enough for the ogbanje forces that lay in wait

Yudala would have collapsed afterwards. In business, your ability to beat your big competitors is the highest point whilst even trying to break-even.

This logistics biz in 9ja are all joke. The nation isn't technologically and economically matured enough to adequately take up this type of operations. undecided

They're trying to operate a complex logistic business without implementing an effective strategy to adequately support their business model.

Their goal should be to first find a solution to the folks at the grass-root and local market women. cool

Foolish Africans. angry
