that's best for them as that's what would likely make them remain in business. beating konga and jumia would be an uphill task and they may not likely be able to sustain growth and competition.
but merging and acquisition has been the recent plight of these online retailers. its obvious that all isn't that rossy after all.

Yudala would have collapsed afterwards. In business, your ability to beat your big competitors is the highest point whilst even trying to break-even.

This logistics biz in 9ja are all joke. The nation isn't technologically and economically matured enough to adequately take up this type of operations.

They're trying to operate a complex logistic business without implementing an effective strategy to adequately support their business model.

Their goal should be to first find a solution to the folks at the grass-root and local market women.
