Looks like a giant skateboard

A solar car has to have a large surface area in order to harvest energy from the sun, hence the flat shape. It also has to be very aerodynamic so as to minimize drag, hence its winglike shape.
Lastly, it has to be made as light as possible so as to reduce it's dead weight, hence its thing construction built with carbon fiber composite.

If we're to be in Nigeria the University system would have condemn that as a quack product simply because it is from a polytechnic,all polytechnics in Nigeria needs to be converted to colleges and all colleges needs to be granted the authority to award certificates to a maximum of first degree in their various spheres and all discriminations stopped.
