lol. Who told u?. They ave that bad feelings about igbos. Go to their forums and see for urself... Any igbo man dat is rich must be greedy or a Ritualist. That's how they behave. Majority of them but they tend to mellow down when it comes to Abia state cos they see as their Kins
You have to be friends with someone and not everyone. We should not because of what people perceive about us every quarter to alienate ourselves from everyone. The ibaka seaport will in no small measure increase our export, manufacturing and market capacity more than the other two options we have presently and it will be at a lower cost.

We need to start wooing these neighbours and form a symbiotic relationship with them. We keep hammering on industrialisation but we haven't taken time to look at our options very well. Abia state is set to be one of the biggest manufacturing grounds in the near future if we can start doing things right. It has a huge external economies of scale only behind Anambra state at present in the southeast.

That Ibaka seaport project is a PPP project involving the federal government, state government and private investors. We can work on the private investors so that we will be able to gain from it when it starts running.

Because of the little to lack of government involvement in newly developing areas.

That is a street inside Obosi residential area and not a major road.

This is a road in Awka, in the whole of your Imo state there's no road as big as this. #FACT

Re: . by Dremca(m): 7:27pm On Sep 23, 2018
Especially in Awka. Ziks avenue as one of the major roads in Awka is so tiny but people are really building more beautiful houses when compared to Onitsha though with wider roads.

People are very selfish especially when you leave neighbourhood development in the hands of private individuals. Without strong government regulation, people will just continue leaving enough space for their car to enter their compound. Thats it.

This is the sad consequence of unregulated private driven city development.
Re: . by Dremca(m): 7:30pm On Sep 23, 2018
This road is wider because is a GRA that's already planned by government.

This is a major road that originally was ment to be 4 lanes but like other roads in The state was left to be a single lane.I believe that whenever this road which is a federal road and also known as Obosi bye-pass is dualized by the State govt up to EZEIWEKA starting from Akorah Obosi and Nkpor,Onitsha City status will look greater!
