I like that the neighborhood has lots of trees. This is unlike what Nigerians tend to do. They cut down everything during development.

If only Enugu had the infrastructures Abuja has, it will just become a world class city overnight with international travelers and tourists coming to visit and enjoy the surrounding beauty.

Honestly, by now there will be a big push towards Ugwuaji lands and all of Enugu east lands will be filled with housing estates.
