ABIA STATE PARTICULARLY ABA IS ALMOST 100% DILAPIDATED WITH FILTH OVER FLOWING ON EVERY ROAD. EVEN THE FAULKS ROAD OKEZIE RECONSTRUCTED RECENTLY HAS COLLAPSED COMPLETELY YET AGAIN AS SHOWN BELOW. TAKE NOTE THAT FAULKS ROAD IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ROAD IN ABIA STATE PARTICULARLY ABA.
.Abia has the best infrastructure in Nigeria

I did not know that Anambra was building a millennium city. Do you know if the one of Enugu is still being built?
Yes but slow

Honestly, by now there will be a big push towards Ugwuaji lands and all of Enugu east lands will be filled with housing estates.
Please you people should calm down with this 'filled with housing estate' kind of development. Economic activities should not be limited to just houses. We should begin to incorporate Agricultural, industrial and also mining activities. Those remaining lands in the SE shouldn't be wasted on luxury housing estates. Preservation of those lands for the future is the best bet and state governments should begin to regulate mass grab of lands in the east.
Rather than push this housing agenda for greedy real estate agent to milk from, I think government must begin to demarcate certain LGA's as industrial areas as well as for agricultural belts. The few lands in the east must be protected at all cost from land grabbers.

Thank you. To the best of my knowledge, there are countless portions of lands already bought and operating as agricultural lands in and around all major cities of Igboland. There are poultry farms of hundreds of plots, piggry farms of many hectares and more people are investing in rice farms. (Coscharis and a lot of others)

The government should not even bother to allocate lands for farming because we have enough, plus extra. There are currently no farmers complaining about scarcity of large farmlands. What we seem to have a scarcity of, is affordable and decent housing. For all the houses built so far, people are occupying them and still looking for more as population grows.

ENUGU STATE SHOULD HAVE FOCUSED IN AGRICULTURE BECAUSE THE STATE HAS NO SINGLE SELLING POINT- NOT INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, NOT COMMERCE, NOT EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE.
