Why do Nigerians and other Africans throw the slavery insult? Majority of the Africans who were enslaved in the Americas came from Nigeria, mainly Yoruba and Igbo ethnic groups. Also with present day slavery of West Africans in Libya and other Arab countries those kinds of "insults" are ironic.
