Whether home or away, Nigeria has recorded for successes away from home than the US in recent times, case study include Sierria Leone and Liberia. For the US, Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq were utter failures. Even if the terrain is very difficult which I agree with, how about all the technology they pack? Wasn't it useful there?

You lack understanding about military accoutrements that accompany a service dress. That visit warranted the use of ceremonial dress so he had to appear in full regalia.

This is a blind argument.There is no comparison between American army and the Nigerian army .
First off, they are better equipped and professional. I have never heard a military man harassed a civilian for wearing camouflage or not giving way to them/him.

The man in the pix, Joseph Dunford is the Chairman of Joint Chiefs, the equivalent of Olonisakin, who is Nigeria's chief of Defence staff.

Mad Dog Mattis is the Secretary of Defence, the equivalent of our Minister for Defence. But in the US, the Secretary of Defence has command authority over the military, which the minister of defence dont have in Nigeria.
