With or without database or facial recognition software as most people think, these guys can be arrested. In developed countries, the slogan is see and tell. There is no magic anywhere, just that people are more willing to volunteer information down here than in Nigeria for fear of reprisals. All the police need to do is put up those faces on the news or social media and you will be amazed how many people know these chaps. It’s good their faces were captured on camera, their end is near.
