From the shiny zinc, it looks like a recent refurb' in which they used cheap and flimsy materials. I know the old FRANCO was a durable job!

So UNN has degenerated to such mediocre level. Really terrible.

I think jobs like this should be given to the civil engineering student as a final year project.

Before l left that citadel, I thought Nebo renovated most of all these dilapidated edifices.
Then we saw Nebo (rev) as many Nigerians believed in Osibanjo. But the bottom line is that a tree cannot make a forest in this wonderful country

Builders of that structure should be arrested and investigated also.

Maybe I am mistaken, but this looks more like Eni Njoku Hostel to me.

First was UNIBEN, then came UI, now UNN. It is like universities' properties are taking turns in receiving damage from rainstorms.
