Maybe you can go into detail on how warranties work because that in itself might be a new concept to most Nigerians.

Even parts in sold in Yankee are China made ... only difference is that there is basic standard for those products... for example imagine if an American company imports phone charger from China. And the phone charger is the cause of a house fire... trust me that company will be sued . So in order to avoid that the company follows safety standard and quality standard too

Yes we will. You can either select your part using SKU of you know it or we can select if given the VIN of the car.


Forgot to mention that the warranty period will be shorter than what you see in the USA website for obvious reasons. As time goes on we may increase them depending on environment wear and if people attempt to abuse the warranty or not. Expect warranty periods of half what you see on USA sites on average, with a maximum of one year on any lifetime items.

You make a good point. It's pretty simple actually. If we sell you a part that turns out to be defective, simply bring it back and we replace it or refund it. The return period is anywhere from 3 months to 1 year depending on the part.

Regular wear and tear is not covered by warranty and neither is abuse or Kazeem experimentation lol.

Last Tuesday, I needed to buy a new radiator for a Toyota Sienna, and my mechanic directed me to a shop in Ladipo. Because I was not expecting such elegant building to be selling auto parts, I missed it twice!

Eventually called the owner and he told me that was indeed the building. I was ushered into a posh compound with security. These guys sell parts off standard PC inventory - Toyota only, and people were just coming in - mechanics, owners, resellers

Don't worry about patronage, because it will come. Just maintain good standard. Kudos!

Running through your data check sheets (the gauge or tyre maintenance section), you have your measurements in fahrenheit. You may want to consider changing that to celsius for your new market...
