Unfortunately IGP is an ABU product and went to Unimaid too. A lot of questions in my mind.

I think you are right on this, a typical example is seen on professional newscasters who have to make impromptu adjustments to their news scripts if it is incompatible with the video feed.The problem is that the man didn't bother to even review the speech before hand,and this further implies that his input was zero.
