The point is that Nigeria has a restrictive abortion law You can't just buy a ticket and fly to Nigeria for an abortion procedure.

But we all know there are tons of back street abortion alleys, chemists (pharmacy shops), some real doctors and lots of quack doctors that will do it for a fee; hence, the high rate of abortion in Nigeria despite the restrictive and tough abortion laws which is considered a ban/prohibition by international standards.

But if you have medical cause, you can walk into any hospital in Nigeria with a doctor's report to get an abortion.
