I have a laptop with Window XP loaded, Avast Anti virus being update everyday. But when ever i put on the system it always hang, and not until i press down the off button it wont go off.I have tried formatting and reloading and all i could but all to no avail.PLease help me out |

THANK GOD F DISCOERING TIS LEKAN, I HAVE SAME PROBLE LIKE YURS, CHECK UR HAR DISK DRIVE IF IT IS NOT SHAKEN, THE HRD DRIV MUST BE THE PROBLEM. |

Probably your hard drive is faulty, perhaps it has many bad clusters/sectors. So what you need to do is to delete the whole partition and repartition it again. then install the OS again. this should work because i one experience the same, otherwise you have to change the drive. good luck |
