I fear this man. That's the way he started with Jonathan and people called it a joke. He's started again. Amazingly, he's more respected in the North than he is in the south, even more recognised in the north than buhari.

Dr. Obasanjo to sue PMB for starting work on Lagos - Ota - Abeokuta Expressway. He says PMB is trying to embarrass him.

What is this man looking for upandan? Shouldn't he as an 81year old man be resting and preparing to meet his creator?

Mr Obasanjo should stop bothering Nigeria. He has had 11 years and sworn 3 times to change Nigeria for the better, failing each time, now he serially wants in other leaders what he constantly refuses to be. He should get lost.

while I share your sentiment to an extent, unfortunately it is not the old fools that will be disgraded. The old fools got good quality education in Nigeria, the old fools enjoyed good roads in Nigeria, the old fools enjoyed good healthcare in Nigeria, the old fools got good job and business opportunities in Nigeria, the old fools are old. Whatever the future of Nigeria will affect them less that it will affect the youth because they have run their race and yet they are still the ones plotting the futre of Nigeria as they have since they themselves were youth.

No, the only people being disgraced here whatever the outcome, whether OBJ or Afenifere or Buhari are Nigerias youth. whatever the outcome of the current politiking, it will still be the old fools or their stooges that the Nigerian youth will be voting for. whoever is going to be president will likely be an old man or a puppet of an old man, so Again I ask, who will really be disgraced when the same people that have been piloting the affairs of the country for 60 years are still relevant and piloting the affairs of their grandchildren, and the so called youth just line up to vote for whoever they select?

who are the real fools and who is really being disgraced?

Left to me, anybody who was alive in 1960 should throw in the towel. They have no stake in the future of this country.

Some have had their chance and they messed up.

Obasanjo and his crew seized power in his 30s, Enahoro moved for independence of Nigeria from the british in his 20s. These men are still around because Nigerian youth is more interested in Davido, whizkid, BBNaija than taking the future of his country in his hands.

and yet it is the Nigerian youth who have most to lose/gain and who have the power of the ballot

I doubt if this is coming from a thoroughbred Nigerian. Our elders deserve some decorum.Power belongs to God and he gives it to whoever he wishes.Could you compare Nigeria of 1999 with now and see how disastrous it has been?

If not for this man, it would have been impossible for you to be commenting on NL, using that your android phone today. Those of us who grew up to meet the almighty Nitel would understand better. Learn to respect elders because one day, you'd also age like them. Beware of the law of karma

Saying it as it is does not amount to disrespect.

Let Buhari stay on. I do not trust all these leaders who had the opportunity to change things but failed to do so for selfish reasons.
