Alat is not like that I have Complain to them severally about been able to terminate your goal without penalty, there is not restrictions on Alat you can terminate your goal at will without losing your saved funds ,so it does not promote savings culture in anyway GreenMavro: |

naturalwaves: You are on point. I see the weakness of the business model same way you do. Trying to grow depositors funds at a rate greater than expenses and inflation in a mercurial economy is very very risky. I wish them luck, but I don't see this baby flying 1 Like |

valiju: You can't, remember ALAT has 3 goal plans...The fixed goal which you cant terminate, the flexi goal which you can withdraw 50% of your goal savings once monthly incase of any emergency and the STASH...were you can save loose funds which you might want to use in future and earn interest |

IamaNigerianGuy:They shot themselves in the foot by even granting an interview. Now, it operates like a bank. You're being tricked into bringing your money under the guise of savings while some elements invest your money in doing businesses and having fun. They will even charge you for wanting to withdraw your cash before the stipulated time making excess profit on your money again. Your money o. They painted the penalty for withdrawals like it is a disciplinary measure which isn't true. These guys are crooks. He who has ears, let him hear. |
