Following the resolution of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) which scrapped HND programs and about 70% of programs offered in polytechnics in Nigeria, both Yaba College of Technology and Kaduna Polytechnic have been renamed. From now onwards, universities are to be involved in post-ND programs.
