Earlier today, a hand cart pusher by the name Idris Yusuf, 29, was apprehended by Operatives of Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (LAGESC), with 27 bags filled with human feaces under the bridge at Daleko, Mushin. The House where the waste was said to have originated has since been sealed by the authorities. Idris was charged with Unsanitary and Illegal disposal of Human Waste.
