Everyone talks about rotation of power between the North and the South and there seems to have been an unspoken convention until Jonathan came to power.

Now Buhari is back and is expected to to remain in power till 2023 when power returns to the south.

But what really do we mean by North and South

When we say Northern president we mean Fulani, Not Tiv, Nupe Berom ,Igala,Ebira,Kanuri or Even Kwara Yoruba
Everyone knows this

The same is equally true inthe south. We mean Yoruba .S
So rotation of presidency simply means Yoruba -Fulani-Yoruba-Fulani ad infnitum.

Everyone knows this and only a foolish man will try to overheat the polity by saying otherwise.

Those are the groups that have the experience of creating and running empires

Yorubas have never produced more President/VP or their equivalents than Ndi Igbo.

When it comes to holding political positions, SW can never out do SE.

The problem is that you guys think Nigeria started in this 4th Republic.

This Republic is just 19 years. SW completed their 8 years with Obasanjo (as a compensation for June 12th), Jonathan did 4 years of SS' 8 years, Buhari is completing NW's 8 years and power is moving to NE 2019, then SE.

If Yoruba betrays this arrangement, which they don't even have power to by re-electing Buhari, then power will return to the North (NE).

Yoruba can never be President in 2023. It can never happen.

Check your history book well from Pre-independence, and you would find out that when it comes to political sophistication, it is North and East.

East is championing PDP's 2019 ambition while North/SW are championing APC's, let see who will emerge victorious.

The last time your ancestors, Awolowo tried to play smart, North/East vanguished him to the extent he started playing coup against the government of Azikiwe/Balewa with the help of tiny Ghana.

When he vanguished again, he planned another coup that led to his death.

Presidency rotates between North (Fulani) and South (Yoruba) Simples.
There is no space for Eboe president in Nigeria ask the Dilector Lamidi Cownu, he knows. He signed the MOU

You fools contributed only 15% to Buhari's victory, the North contributed the other 85%.

MB made Buhari President. In 2019, we are sweeping their votes together with Shia moslems and majority of Northern Christians.

Lemme see if your 15% can make him President again.

Yes, we gave Buhari less than 5%, but Anambra vote alone to Jonathan called more than the 15% your entire SW gave to Buhari.

If you are not illiterate, check Presidential election statistics again.

If you are sensible and had followed the election result analysis, you would have known that if the SE were not disenfranchised and the turn out was same as in 2011, Jonathan would have won with over 500k votes even if every other states voted like they did in 2015.

Remove your 15%, Buhari would have still won the election.

Anambra marginal votes are more useful than your 500k votes. No wonder Buhari, Chief of Staff, Oyegun, SGF and APC Senators are begging SE to support Buhari in exchange for 2023.

They are aware they will lose without SE/SS and Middle Belt votes.

It is clear you hold a misconception which I must correct.

Our presidential elections are not about "MAJORITY carry the day". They do not work like that , educate yourself

It is possible for a candidate to defeat another candidate who gets more votes than him.

In order to win the presidency a candidate must get 25% of the votes in 24 states. It is only when 2 candidates do this that majority is used to separate them. If one candidaate gets majority but 25% in 23 states and another candidate gets a minority with 25% in 24 states then the latter candidate wins. Bearing in mind the population of states like Bayelsa and Ekiti you should get to understand how important every state is and the huge disavantage the SE has in having just 5 states

Assuming Buhari got all 19 states in the North he must get 5 in the south i.e 25% of votes in 5 states in the . .south

Mind you he does not have to win or get majority in thosse 5 states just 25% minimum. What is important is he had never been able to get 25 in ONE SINGLE state in the south before 2015

and it was clear he would not get this in the SE or the SS

The SW made him president and that is all there is to it
