Why are northern states not celebrating or commiserating with SW states about M.K.O day seeing they were the ones who caused his death??

Now we have public holidays in all SW states to celebrate the hero M.K.O, why is there no public holiday in any northern state especially since Buhari declared it, at least as a sign of brotherhood abi alliance like we Yoruba Muslims proclaim...

The truth must be said.... the North said they have an alliance with the west, hence, honouring Abiola in their states will be a show of good faith that they really love MKO.......
