The most popular surgery includes eyelid surgery that makes your eyes appear larger. Second to the eye surgery is getting one’s jawbone shaved/chiseled down to thin the face into a “V” shape.

the sad part of this madness is that you cant change your genes/dna.... i remember the story of the dude who sued his beautiful wife for giving him ugly children. turns out she was ugly but had plastic surgery and all her kids looked like a former self. here is her before/after pic below:
