But here's the thing.

Constant agitation of the Southeast people for their own country has made investments there very risky. Why develop a land that may soon break away from Nigeria?

Then as for the South south region, why would you site such a project in a place where it's 100% sure that the Chinese workers would be abducted and the project will fail especially when the militants start blowing up the rails.

But this fellow wants Lagos state governor to come and build a light rail system in the SE because the SE is probably an IDP camp which has no governors right? btw both the Kano and the Lagos rails mentioned there are state projects!!!
ogun and oyo are state projects too. the only other FG project is Lagos Ibadan rail. the Ibadan to north section won't even start within the next few years.
