First and foremost boob-job means to increase the size of the breasts, change their shape, or make them more even
What you're trying to describe is called mammary sexual intercourse, and it isnt a sin
Masturbation, giving blow-job and performing cunninglus, within committed, honest, lasting lifetime relationships, too arent necessarily sins
Caveat emptor with blow-job and cunninglus though
