There are two people planning getting married soon, the lady is working in the western part of Nigeria and well paid, the man is also well paid but working in the northern part, apparently the lady kind of gets paid more and the man loves the fact that his potential wife is working and working in a place where he would love to settle down, but how can two newly married people live apart, the thing is, the man is also from the western part of Nigeria and is hoping to get a job anywhere there but can't leave his job if he doesn't get another offer, he's not willing to settle in the north because of potential crisis that may ensue, now if it was the man working in west and the woman in the north, it would be easy for them to decide that she quits her job and joins him after marriage and maybe hunts for another job, at the moment, they are planning to delay their marriage until the man gets a job in the west but they are not sure how long they will have to wait.

What do you think their best option here is?

If they can't resolve this trivial issue then please tell me what are they getting married for.

This particular issue is child's play.

I strongly believe that two people who want to be joined as one should always be able to find a way to resolve their issues without involving third party input.
One or both of them have to compromise here and whoever that is gonna be should be their decision to make and theirs alone.

This is why communication is very important in every romantic relationship.
